The Talent Acquisition Team aim to provide the stakeholders with the very best talent in the market place by ensuring the right candidates are identified, sourced and approached in creative and innovative ways when required. Therefore they build and maintain strong relationships with Senior Line Managers, HR Business Partners and candidates whilst providing them with the highest level of service and required support.

Your tasks:

Build and maintain close relationships with all relevant Business Partners like District Managers, HR Business Partner and Country Manager to reach hiring targets

Coach and advise Hiring Managers to ensure a realistic and achievable brief to find the right candidates for relevant roles

Identify suitable candidates for current vacancies and build pipeline for upcoming roles by using various sourcing channels like active sourcing, referrals, networking etc.

Source passive candidates through all social media channels including: LinkedIn, Indeed and Facebook

Engage the candidate with the organisation and the role by emphasising the company values and development opportunities available

Ensure each candidate experience is highly positive with each candidate being responded to within agreed SLA timeframes at each stage of the process

Consistently keep up to date with recruitment trends and the impact on the company and suggesting alternative methods and approaches

Develop and maintain a sustainable relationship with external agencies


A minimum of 3 years experience in international talent acquisition; ideally you have worked in both fast paced agency and in-house resourcing role

Have the ability to quickly build relationships and credibility with Business Partners

Have a proven ability to drive direct hiring methods (sound knowledge of sourcing strategies and channels)

Are delivery focussed – have the ability to source candidates quickly and can deliver on a range of roles and levels

Monitor progress and take actions when things go off track to ensure goals are met

Need little direction to complete objectives to deadlines and maintain momentum in difficult circumstances

Know how to use Boolean-Search Operators in tools like: LinkedIn Recruiter Seat

Are keen to continuously improve the way we work

Fluent written and spoken Dutch, German and English skills are required.
